At Boss Inspire, every item is made to order through our production partner Printify. Because each product is custom printed after an order is placed, we are unable to accept most returns or exchanges.
Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
To qualify:

The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery

Clear photo evidence of the defect or damage must be provided

Photos should include the product and the issue clearly visible
Once verified, we will work with our production partner to provide either:

A free replacement (reprint)

A full refund
Items Not Eligible for Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong color

Buyer’s remorse

Change of mind
Please review the size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve the situation.
